Services

What we clean.

Windows are the main event. Everything else is stuff that's already up there on the same ladder — bundle it and save a trip.

Main service

Window cleaning — residential & commercial

Interior and exterior glass, cleaned with the pure-water system outside and traditional detail work inside. Every window gets the full treatment, not just the pane.

  • Exterior and interior glass
  • Screens washed and re-set
  • Frames, seals and tracks
  • Sills wiped down
  • Second-story from the ground
  • Storefronts and offices
Add-on

Solar panel cleaning

Dust and pollen on panels cut into what they generate. Same pure water, no abrasives, no risk to the coating.

Add-on

Gutter cleaning

Debris cleared out of the gutters and downspouts, then the outside faces scrubbed and washed so they match the trim again.

Add-on

Vinyl siding washing

Dirt, pollen and spider webs collect on siding all season. We brush and rinse it down the full run of the wall.

Add-on

Garage door cleaning

The biggest panel on the front of your house, and the one nobody washes. It makes a bigger difference than people expect.

Add-on

Screen replacement

Torn, sagging or sun-rotted screens re-built and re-fitted. Quoted per screen before any work starts.

How we clean

Filtered water does the work a squeegee can't.

Tap water in Northern California is full of dissolved minerals. When it dries on glass, those minerals stay behind — that's what spotting is. Our deionization tank strips them out before the water ever touches your window.

The DI tank on site — filtered water, fed straight up the pole.
01 — Filter

Water goes through the DI tank

Resin inside the tank pulls out the calcium, magnesium and salts that cause hard-water spots. What comes out the other side is essentially pure water.

02 — Scrub

Brush the whole window, not just the glass

A soft-bristle brush on a carbon-fiber pole reaches second-story windows from the ground. It scrubs the frames, seals and sills too — the places a squeegee skips and dirt runs down from later.

03 — Rinse

Rinse, then leave it alone

Pure water is unstable and grabs onto dirt, so the final rinse lifts everything off the glass and sheets away. Nothing touches the window after that — no cloth, no rubber blade, no lines in the corners. It air-dries clear.

Booking

Three steps, start to finish.

STEP 01

Get a free quote

Call or text (530) 690-8717 with your address and a photo of the front of the house. Most quotes come back the same day, and there's no charge or obligation.

STEP 02

Pick a day

We'll lock in a date and a window of time. You don't need to be home for exterior work — just leave the gate unlocked and the hose spigot accessible.

STEP 03

Look it over

Walk the house with me when it's done. Anything you're not happy with gets redone before I leave. Payment after, not before.

Who you're hiring

You get me, every time.

I'm Preston Sharp. I started Sharp Window Cleaning here in Northern California, and I still run every job myself — no rotating crews, no subcontractors, no one showing up you've never met.

I got tired of seeing the same thing on houses that had just been "cleaned": streaks in the glass, black lines in the corners, dirty frames left alone. That's what a rubber blade and dirty water gets you. The DI system was the fix, and it's why my work still looks right months later.

Questions

Everything people ask before booking.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on how many windows you have, how many stories, and how long it's been. Rather than guess, text a photo of the front of your house to (530) 690-8717 and I'll get you a real number, free. Most homes fall into a predictable range once I can see them.

How long do the windows stay clean?

Longer than after a squeegee clean. Because there's no soap film and no mineral residue left on the glass, there's nothing sticky for dust to bond to — so the next rain rinses off instead of spotting. Most homes here look good for a few months, and twice a year keeps them consistently clear.

Do you clean the inside too?

Yes. Exterior gets the pure-water system; interior gets detailed by hand with drop cloths down and shoes off. Some customers do exterior only — that's fine, and it's cheaper.

Do I need to be home?

Not for exterior work. I just need access to a gate and an outdoor spigot. For interior work, someone needs to let me in. Either way I'll text before I arrive.

Can you reach second-story windows?

Yes. The water-fed pole reaches most second-story glass from the ground, which is safer than leaning a ladder against your siding and gets the same result.

Do you do commercial work?

Yes — storefronts, offices and small commercial buildings, on a one-off or recurring schedule. Recurring accounts get priority scheduling and a lower per-visit rate.

What if I'm not happy with it?

Tell me before I pack up and I'll redo it on the spot. If you spot something after I've left, call and I'll come back out. You're not paying for a window you're unhappy with.
